SegraVis is a European Research Training Network running from October 2002 until September 2006.
The SegraVis network offers grants to post-doctoral researchers and advanced doctoral students.
Join us to

• cooperate with the leading researchers to develop new solutions that advance the state of the art in Visual Modeling Techniques. A SegraVis grant will cover the costs of your stay.
  

• acquire knowledge and skills from renowned experts for Visual Modeling Techniques. Apply for a stay with one of our partners in twelve attractive locations throughout Europe.
  

• participate in the network events which form an excellent platform to present and discuss innovative ideas.

News

• In its VMT column, the December issue of the EASST newsletter provides a summary of ICGT, HCC, and some of their satellite workshops, as well as a presentation of three of the network sites.

• A presentation of the projects objectives and participants has appeared in the Column on Visual Modelling Techniques of the most recent newsletter of the European Association of Software Science and Technology (EASST) containing, beside other things, reports on the School and other recent activities as well as a more close introduction to four of the 12 sites.  

• The SegraVis School on Foundations of Visual Modeling Techniques has been held May 3 - 7, 2004 in Dagstuhl (Germany).

• The third International Conference on Graph Transformation ICGT 2006 along with several satellite events will be held in Natal (Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil) in the third week of September 2006.

• Advanced School on Visual Modelling Techniques September 8 - 11, 2006 at University of Leicester, United Kingdom
